In this position you will design and implement major features of the Wine Direct product. You will work with experienced and talented developers. Your work will be crucial to Microworks core product and its success.
Responsibilities:
Design major features
Implement major features on time and with high quality
Work with product management to define requirements
Create functional specifications and designs
Work with QA to ensure the quality of the feature
Find and improve performance bottlenecks
Qualifications/Skills:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years software engineering experience
Exceptional VB.NET programming skills and OO design techniques
Extensive data structures and algorithm development experience
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database/data modeling concepts
Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
History of shipping high-quality, well-designed software products
