Wine Direct makes it easy to create orders and bill your wine club shipments. Simply set your shipping rates, select the products to include and click the mouse and you're done! Create pickup or ship orders only (or both). You can also create orders for a specified state, join date, or custom criteria.

Wine Direct tracks all the special handling needs for your club members right in their membership. Examples include ship address changes/swap, special shipping/handling instruction, product substitutions, special ship dates. Convert to Ship
Anyone who has had a wine club where they allow their members to pickup their shipments at the winery knows there are those customers who, for one reason or another, are unable to pickup and need to be able to ship that wine to the club member.
With our Convert to Ship feature, that is a simple process. Simply select the original order and click "Convert to Ship" and determine the shipping destination. Wine Direct will create an order to bill any shipping charges (or changes in tax rate) then have the shipment sent off to the customer with minimal hassle.
