How to Enroll
After you have reviewed your training options and courses, simply call us and we will place you in a class best suited to your needs and schedule.


Training Options
Microworks offers two types of training.

• Classroom Training
  Classroom training is held in the Microworks Training Center in Napa, CA. Training is in-depth and hands on designed to accommodate individuals or groups. Classes are segmented into 1/2 day courses and provide practical knowledge in a productive and fun workshop environment.
  
  Your instructor will help you fully understand the products and processes so that you can return to work with a complete understanding of the tools and the ability to use them effectively.
  
  
• Online Training
  Get trained right at your desk! This online class is performed online using a web browser from your desktop to connect to a training PC in our training center.
  
  Online training is provided on a one on one basis tailored to your needs. Classes last one hour and offer a variety of training options designed to help you master your Wine Direct software.
  
  An instructor will work with you before your training session to assess your needs and develop a program that best suits your skills and knowledge.
  
  Online training is a great way to refresh your knowledge or go in-depth on particular topics and areas of interest.
